Master Morning is a Breakfast-delivery company that produces and delivers healthy breakfast to office Ladies working in Central. MM’s customers enjoy tasty breakfast in the most convenient way.
Our Social Mission is to take care of unemployed women while giving healthy eating habits to customers, who are middle-aged, low-skilled, and have difficulties finding jobs in Hong Kong. MM will alliance with NGOs to offer jobs that enrich their life while alleviating unemployment problem. These happy mothers will be our partners to share the profit and convey our value to HK
Product and Service
Food: Nutrition-Rich and Low-Fat breakfast
MM breakfasts are mainly made by vegetables and fruit, then baked or boiled that provide vitamins and minerals such as iron and calcium for women to be energetic and clear-minded for the whole day
Service: Free-delivery and customized order Management Through CUMBA alumni’s help to setup promotional events in commercial buildings in Central area, MM has a highly effective marketing force that grows its sales fast. Combine with the low cost in house rental, MM will start to have positive cash inflow in the 6th month, and become profitable in the end of 2008.
MM’s customer pre-orders customized breakfasts through internet or telephone. We deliver fresh-made breakfast to customers’ office on the time slot they want, for free.
CUMBA network will be used in management team searching. We will also use it to contact multinational firms in Central to provide free samples campaign as an initial marketing event.

其實Judges已經給了我們很多建議...
1. 試著去跟只作午餐晚餐的餐廳合作,合用廚房,可大幅減少initial cost.
(這個其實我們都想過,但是在presentation day之前都還沒有公司答應願意作這事兒,所以我就沒講了)
2. 注意衛生安全,一次的食品中毒事件可以毀了一個品牌
3. logistic寫的更detail些,尤其是遞送這件事情可以改成 "by building," 先找production central kitchen方圓500公尺內最dense population的辦公大樓去作promotion events, 也許一棟就有50個買家了, 只要作個七八棟就可break even了.
4.注意香港人口味的要求...香港人很挑嘴的 得在產品端多加努力
學很多 真的...學很多 感覺很棒 不論從評委身上或是隊友身上都學很多.

social enterpreneur 其實也是一般公司,畢竟大多數消費者沒辦法長期
用內含的慈善意義來cover商品品質差異,所以重點似乎還是在提供的商
品或服務本身。
難怪馬登要得大獎了,因為方向很明確可行,包括對於衛生、logistic、
taste的考量也都很完整。
再加上很有效的慈善意義image的連結(健康-早餐-媽媽-家庭主婦-
失業婦女),一整個就是很正向陽光的感覺,光看到slogan及馬登設計的
圖案就很想頒大獎給你們。
